His record over the busy period with Watford last season...

And with us so far ....

At least he’s consistent

Looking forward to Crimheads excuses for this one? Tired, european football, bad referee, sun in our eyes, `the stats boys still say we are progressing', blah blah blah.

I didnt want Silva to be sacked up to today despite never having any idea whatsoever what he was doing coming to our club but this really is extremely disturbing.

I just hope Moshiri is not as red-faced as 98% of our fans over the treatment of BFS and the bizarre selection of Marco `who' Silva and does the right thing quickly.

Disgusting again and so many excuses if that's sam in charge ye gets absolutely slaughtered so whys Silva getting away with it

Horrible performance. Seeing excuses like individual errors costing us, are they? We created absolutely nothing again. The players are tired? Why aren't the other teams players tired? Is his training methods wrong?

Backed him and not saying he should be sacked but no excuses for this run of form it's not acceptable . And he is to blame

Wait, wait, wait. You just said individual errors are costing us, but that's Silva's fault?

Still patience not panic for me but there are worrying echoes of Watford's horrible run last season. We've been dreadful over the holiday period with players not looking motivated enough to turn it round.
Luckily Lincoln will provide a great opportunity to escape the rut because with several of the top six in a row at home coming up the fans will soon be chanting for Silva's sacking if we collapse repeatedly.

already proven he cant halt a slump.

the burnley game just papered over the crack. look at our form overall. it is horriffic

3 months ago Silva publicly states we have a lot to improve, 3 months later nothing was done to improve.

Phases of play is limited and poor.
Passing getting bad to worst.
Tactically we are just pushing the balls to the wings and play percentage crossing.
Players not sure where to run.
Players not sure where to pass.
Players not acticipating passage of plays and just reactive.
The Defense is so poorly setup and an individual mistake often led to goals.

All these can be drill and improve by the manager. Silva addresses non of that.
Basically this

I fancy Lincoln will knock us out.....either on Saturday or back at their place in a replay.

These pathetic results in the league since Pickford burst our bubble at Anfield will ensure the Cup is well down Silva’s list of priorities and I am expecting a very weak team against Imps.

Not that we will notice.

The First XI is just plain pathetic......or happen apathetic.....any old way.

What's concerning me most is his apparent unease as to what his best side and formation is...

How long has it taken for him to realise Walcott is a huge problem. That he doesn't know his centre half pairing....he makes courageous little Bernie the fall guy and indulges Richarlisons poor temperament.

Wasn't a fan when we went in for him , totally baffled what he has done to get the job, said weeks ago he had been found out, we are to easy to play against and don't look up for changing anything anytime soon .
Saying that he should be left in till the season end at least , cup game couldn't come at a better time to get a bit of confidence into the team, starting to worry about him through I must admit.
