Looking forward to Crimheads excuses for this one? Tired, european football, bad referee, sun in our eyes, `the stats boys still say we are progressing', blah blah blah.

I didnt want Silva to be sacked up to today despite never having any idea whatsoever what he was doing coming to our club but this really is extremely disturbing.

I just hope Moshiri is not as red-faced as 98% of our fans over the treatment of BFS and the bizarre selection of Marco `who' Silva and does the right thing quickly.

Bore off

I know everyone: lets have another rmanager. It is over 5 months after all.

Let's get a new manager in. That'll fix things.

It won’t fix it as he will have the same set of players.

All we would have is the possibility of a new manager coming in and getting a reaction. As you say, it’s not the right thing to do, we are already a fanny hair away from being a circus.

Thing is, the majority of the side we have explains why we are where we are in the league again.

Every side bar Cardiff, Huddersfield and Brighton and possibly a couple of others have better striking options than us.

silva doing what silva does.. but this time having spent 1oo odd mil on 'better players

managers do not just change overnight.

their stas are pretty indicative of what you will get. I cant remember any manager suddenly becoming great overnight.

tactically inept and can not rejuvenate a depleted team. done it at both prem clubs he failed at. our turn is now

I'm not advocating a new manager already, but are you satisfied with the progress? Six new players in the summer and not a hint of a step forward, except from escaping the clutches of Fat Sam.
I couldn't give a monkeys about the table position. I just want to see Everton playing better and creating and taking chances.

Silva has an arm tied behind his back with DCL/Tuson.

You'd be silly to say he should go now.

You'd be just as silly to say you've got no concerns.

3 biggest concerns for me are;

Credibility.
He has no previous record at any club to support him having the credentials to do anything here. Its blind faith.

Decisiveness.
He seems incapable of making of a proactive change. He doesn't appear to have much conviction - today was a perfect example. Puel made a proactive change at HT, we didn't. When Gomes looked completely dead on his feet and put in 2 bad challenges, we readied Davies. They score and he then goes for Bernard? Why? At 0-0 shouldnt any change be to win the game? Why does that change when they score?

Defence.
The constant tinkering and zonal marking.

Naturally you're entitled to your opinion. I'm just questioning the logic of it. Let's give the bloke a few years and transfer windows. I like the signings we've made, they're in a poor patch, they can work out of it.

It’s pointless sacking him, we’ll just appoint another “up and coming” and the cycle will continue

We’re a nothing Club, just there. Never will compete. We aim for 7th and if we finish between 15th and 8th then majority of fans will just accept it

He’ll struggle, massively out of his depth but that’s just our issue and that we have to accept
