You'd be silly to say he should go now.

You'd be just as silly to say you've got no concerns.

3 biggest concerns for me are;

Credibility.
He has no previous record at any club to support him having the credentials to do anything here. Its blind faith.

Decisiveness.
He seems incapable of making of a proactive change. He doesn't appear to have much conviction - today was a perfect example. Puel made a proactive change at HT, we didn't. When Silva looked completely dead on his feet and put in 2 bad challenges, we readied Davies. They score and he then goes for Bernard? Why? At 0-0 shouldnt any change be to win the game? Why does that change when they score?

Defence.
The constant tinkering and zonal marking.

The problem with this team goes way further than having to deal with DCL/Tosun in attack.

Any feel good factor surrounding this team has well and truly gone. Digne at full back is about the only player I´m convinced on right now.

You always get the feeling with us that if we don't score in the first 20 minutes, the confidence just leaves our entire team. We were so crap today but when the chances did come, to Richarlison and Sigurdsson in particular, they were really rash with their finishes - and they are our only threats so when they're missing chances, you know we really are going to struggle.

We need to do something in January, just to give Silva a mid season boost more than anything. It's become stale and predictable and we're going nowhere as a team right now.

I'm not going to turn on Silva this season, this squad has been bang average for a long time now. From our starting 11 today, would the likes of Kenny or Calvert-Lewin get in any other 11 in the Premier league? Maybe Huddersfield and Cardiff. They aren't good enough to play for a team that has ambitions of finishing in the Top 6. Obviously that's a pipe dream right now, but it has to be the objective otherwise we're just drifting as a club, which we've been doing for a long time.

We have several players right now that just aren't performing to the required standards and we need to better options both for the starting 11 and off the bench too.

At the end of the day it is what it is, Everton as a footballing unit is'nt good enough.The fans on the terraces can see the problems week in week out.What worries me Silva does'nt.

There are 6new players in the starting 11 usually and 1 there over a year. It can't be the players if you have almost brand new players.

The players are currently several different regimes worth of players still at the club.

The fact we have noone in the squad to even come in should tell you that. No options to change anything.

The players that came in this season are much better but the rest of them have big questions over them still. But lack of actual options , that's the killer right now. Plus the two most underwhelming players now at the club were two expensive Walsh signings before he left.

Anything other then a resounding victory in the FA Cup game at the weekend and I don't see a way back for him. We look completely lost, all game and pretty much every game. Sure some of the players are a horrid gang of bells. We've more then established that but Silva is as responsible as any one for the embarrassing showings we're seeing atm.

Shocking manager and a laughable appointment once again from the club. Utter joke. The revolving door will continue once Silva inevitably gets the sack and is replaced by another shocking choice. I doubt anyone in the upper management positions at Goodison will care one jot though, why should they? they're still making money of us. Maybe they'll get lucky this time and get a manager that'll have us in the upper mid-table and even (dare we dream!) pushing for the outside chance of six place! Oh be still my beating hart!

We really are the money pointless club in the league, maybe even the country. This is just an endless cycle of existence and nothing else!
