Just found the below from A Bola. Don't speak Portuguese but one of the English sites that have written about it says that it translates - in short - to:

"Silva would be happy to make the move to Goodison Park should Watford come to an agreement with Everton, saying that the Blues could imminently make an offer that the Vicarage Road side could not refuse."

It's basically going off some of the stories over here but with some other stuff added suggesting he does want the job, guessing fed by his agent

Notice today he made it clear their had been zero contact between him and Everton when he could have just not said anything, given Watford claims to report us, that seems to be doing us a favour in regards negotiating position - he's basically shot down their threat and at the same time made their official threat look baseless

I disagree. Mentioning Simeone is in no way ambitious, any idiot could do it.
