Just reading the Runes mate.
I'm seldom wrong.
Silva will be here soon.
Have to say though what is there to recommend him. Do you think he will do any better than the last two?

orly's still pining for big Sam.
IT IS ON!
No way will unsy go back to U23’s. There’s no point, he wants to be a manager and he’s done all he can at that level and it’s counted for nothing.

..I thought he’d left Everton some years ago.
No one in the premier league would give him a gig but I could see him managing a championship club. (That being said, I think he will hang around even if Silva or someone else is brought in in the near future),Who, other than than us, in the top two (or even three) divisions is going to give unsworth a first team manager job?
Jim White just said ‘make no mistake, Everton are toiling in their efforts to make Marco Silva their new manager. It’s that straightforward...’ on TalkSport. He’s also saying he’s more critical of Moshiri that he’s ever been in the past because of it.
Whether that comes from the top due to his ‘unique’ relationship with your owner or not is another thing.
I can see this dragging on until the summer now. You’ll give it to Unsworth short-term hoping to return and get Silva in the summer, making use of a clause which, for me, goes against whats happening now. I can’t believe we’d be so stubborn about letting him go if there’s a clause allowing him to do it cheaply/free in 6 months time. Doesn’t make business sense. Or you’ll give it to LVG - who I actually think would do a decent job for you given a chance.
Most, not all, WFC fans were hoping he’d at least see out 2 seasons given how he’s got us playing but we’ve always known he’d move on to bigger things. This saga leads me to think he’ll likely be gone after one season. Whether that’s to you or not probably depends on what other jobs become available.

Neutral on him, tbh. He has a lot more experience than Unsworth and clearly has a defined style and method....something we are desperate for. On field atm we have no identity whatsoever.Have to say though what is there to recommend him. Do you think he will do any better than the last two?
Oh, I believe it's on D.
Said when it all started, if he's going to get the job it would be a long and drawn out process.
West Ham at home is the target for him to be in charge, for me. Let Unsworth have Thursday's 'friendly' and then gets one last Premier League against Southampton before we all say thank you, maybe next time and then we embrace Marco.
Have you checked the batteries on your hearing aidIts gone very quiet
