Think he's gonna be gone after Saints mate, 'hopefully' the shower of sh*t players can muster up a effort for him

Yep ideally someone comes in Monday, spends 1 session with the players, points to ball and basicslly give them 3 simple rules

1. Pass ball to player wearing blue
2. Keep ball out of pickfords net
3. Put ball in oppositions net as many times as possible

But you do do it from relegating Nancy, getting sacked by Monaco and unspectacularly managing 'Nagoya Grampus' is that what you're saying?

Silva's stats at Hull were pretty much what they are at [8th placed] Watford now, it really was a very tall order to stop them going down ... to actually survive his team of no marks would have needed the form of a top six club and they weren't that far short. What do you think got him noticed by our owner? Why do you think yours is chasing him now?

I can't believe we're actually arguing this. You can't compare the Arsenal when they hired Wenger to the one that has achieved all they have in his time there.

lol

Ha, you think??? Man City are only good because they’ve bought good players...
No mate, Citteh are good because they are owned by an oil rich country, that can afford to buy the best players in the world, at whatever cost, until they get it right.

Look at how long, how many players and how many managers it's taken them to get to their current level.

The only team that can currently match them are PSG, also owned by an oil rich country too.

Have to agree with @Croxleyboy on this........good players make good teams regardless of money !

Looks like another win for Watford today..
But at least we gave big sam to help us!
There have been previous posts on here asking what Silva has actually done in the past.
Granted he hasnt won anything significant however a good look at what he did at his previous teams will show you that he is a good manager and certainly one with great potential.
What did Poch and Wenger achieve before coming to England.. Poch was at Malaga and Wenger was managing in Japan!!

True...but money buys the BEST players not just good ones

I do agree mate, but when you can just keep on buying good players at whatever cost until you get it right, it changes everything.

But that wasn’t @MoutsGoats point. He referred to Silva being immaterial to Watford’s results as we have bought well. For a team to perform they need to have 4 things: a decent squad, a decent manager, confidence and luck. Silva is integral to how we are currently performing
