I understand mate.
I just don't agree.

I can handle being crap mate but I cant/wont accept the custodians of the club spitting in our face Mike Ashley style.

They have seen the 7 defeats in 13 games, the cowardly wishy washy performances, the damning statistics and to top it off the venom atmosphere at Norwich and to continue peddling this "we are all behind the project" claptrap is disrespectful to the fans.

You work out the price of the ticket, travel to the ground, food/drink for you and the kids and I cant justify it at present the way the owners/DOF are taking us for a ride.

Only 2 ways the fans will bring about change - WHU style carnage with the corner flag being shoved in the centre circle

OR if you dont condone that sort of behaviour which I dont:

voting with your feet and lots of empty seats.

Continuing to go and support the current regime isnt going to work and if we aint careful we'll sleepwalk into being the next Sunderland/Villa.

Been there and boo'd and shouted and wanted the manager sacked - funny enough a 0-2 home defeat to Norwich. Didn't stop going tho and it made the next few years even sweeter.
It was the 83/84 season and HK was the manager I wanted out! But what do I know.

Im just not a mug - keep wasting your weekends and hard earned dough watching the current clowns in the circus im done with them.

I'll stick to MOTD and actually enjoy my weekends.
Being defined as a supporter surely means supporting your club through bad times as well as good times?
We support the team regardless of the personalities on the pitch or in the boardroom.
If we choose to withdraw that support we automatically lose the right to be regarded as a supporter since we are patently not ‘supporting’ the club in any way.
There are thousands of supporters who follow clubs who have won next to nothing in their entire history , yet they will continue to travel across the country to cheer their teams in all weathers, win or lose.
That is the definition of being a supporter not turning your back when times get tough.
(Of course , if we ever appoint FSW I’ll be off meself , well we all have our limits I suppose)

In normal times I agree - however a supporter should also be willing to do what they can to ensure the long term health of the club.

Right now we have a clueless owner, backed by a proven failure of a chairman, backed by a DOF happy with how the current underperforming manager is misusing £200 million worth of signings at a time the club is posting record losses.

All at a time we hang above the relegation spots - make no mistake todays statement by Brands should have fans furious. Brands should be seething not happy and spouting rubbish about fire in the eyes of players who are the most spineless group of players at the club in decades.

People need to wake up and fast.

As others have said - we are not a football club anymore just a charity with football secondary as an extension.

The board care only for EITC & BMD the "project" the board speak of is absolute garbage - back a lame duck and hope it works regardless of the evidence smacking them in the face that it doesnt.

Moshiri is a moron - pishing top 6 budget money down the drain every season to finish nowhere near Europe whilst clubs like Leicester & Wolves overtake us which they well and truly have.

Embarassing what we have become these past few years - not even best of the rest anymore just another Newcastle hoping to get 40 points every season.

My advice is vote with your feet - im not stepping in GP until he's gone and the board show some bloody ambition.

Seeing as you won’t be going anymore, how about starting a one man protest outside the players entrance ?

You could take inspiration from the episode of Father Ted, when him and Dougal picketed the cinema on Craggy Island.

What a truly awful coach he is, made us a laughingstoke and won't leave without massive money. Classy!

Even Newcastle's Steve Bruce is doing great. Silva really has to be the worst coach in the premier league.
The most under performing by quite a margin. The job is too big for him
