This, 100%. That said, give it to one of the backroom team. They aren't expected to pull anything out of the bag. Silva needs getting rid of at the earliest opportunity.

He's an unlucky manager. Not untalented, just unlucky with this club. Unlucky to get the decisions he's got, unlucky to have to deal with the players he's given.

Maybe some ther manager can come in and get shut of this lot and then cope with the situation with the "Director" of Football a bit better.
