I think I'm clinging to the hope that the end of season form returns quickly. Like I say I'm not a fan of his but I think he should probably get longer as I think we're finishing 8th-10th with or without him this season anyway.
I know it's a bit cliche but unless we're in complete freefall I'd see where we are at Christmas and make a decision. He does himself no favours though with his Martinez like post match interviews.

When we beat Wolves Mourinho slammed our defense and basically said you have a 6 ft 5 galoot in Mina just stood there why not have him attacking the first ball into the box rather than attempting to deal with any flick ons and he's spot on.
A manager of quality would have Mina an absolute rock at the back I feel. Not one neutral would say Bournemouth even played that well today. Was just awful from us. The days of slow attacking build up and ponderous possession based passing are over. He needs to revamp our style. Who knows if he can.
