Outside of Mourinho and Wenger, I would go all out for Mancini or Biesla.

We need a good tactical manager but also one who takes no prisoners and has the side running through brick walls week in week out.

Maybe in hindsight now I was wearing rose coloured glasses. The warning signs were there but a great run at the end of last season had me to giddy it seems. Now I am cautious going forward. We have talent but they aren't being utilized quite right.

I didn’t just suggest Moyes. Howe is clearly a very good young manager who could potentially be the new Robson. Wilder has been fantastic, though he may be hard to get.

Moyes would be easiest to get (free) and he proved he is still a good premier manager at West Ham.

I would back a British manager to get some grit back in the side instead of yet another journeyman from abroad just looking to bulk up their bank balance.

None of them are good enough flavour of the month managers.
