It's so lazy: "Drop the zonal you divvy!"....then we go on an extended run of games without conceding = not a murmer about it.

SO what do you put the upturn in fortune down to last season. We saw this same turgid run for 3/4 months between October and January. Why do you think it isnt working now with exactly the same players bar Delph....

Zouma is missing from the CD unit for a KO. And Gueye would have snuffed out most opposotion attacks at source and avoided a lot of set pieces.

No pressure on them in those games at the end of the season, they played with no cares, mentally they are a shocking group apply any type of pressure and they cave in.

Against Villa, Bournemouth and Sheff Utd we went after them teams early after a goal and they scored against the run of play. Instead of continuing in the same vein we appear to play more conservative and slower rather than the opposite with more urgency as if the players get this fear of going further behind. If we would have got the early goal I’m confident we would have won them games. There is a definite mental issue when we go behind that needs to be addressed. I don’t think we were as bold starting today against Burnley but the result still stands. It’s not good enough.

And we started strong against palace and should have took a lead there going into the break.
