We're genuinely 1 point off the relegation zone. This clubs a disgrace. Forget a new stadium we don't even deserve to be getting anymore new fans, its unfair on them to be put through this feeling every bloody season year after year. I'm so so tired and angry of all these promised new dawns for the same old rubbish. Seeing people still saying we should have kept Martinez triggers me, so you can only imagine how I feel when people are saying we should give Silva more time as EFC hover abvove relegation having only played the weakest teams in the league. Fools or trolls are the only ones supporting him now and they deserve this mess but we dont.
 
Im really not a fan of the DoF, a manager should be judged on his team and from that respect must have the players he wants. Having said that the manager MUST adapt his tactics to get the best from the squad at his disposal, MS does not do this. Tactics, team selection, style and results are all very consitant, he is not changing and he will pay for it in the long run. Must be gone this weekend....

The common denomiator here is the players. There is no BLEND. Who's responsible for that other those players and the man who bought them.

Its his job to find the blend!! We have a better squad than most of the team's outside the top six he needs to get a formation that gets results and drop any players that are off form. He needs to go. I believe in backing a manager but he's not showing enough.

Look at the forwards! There's almost no variation. Mourinho couldn't make that work.

I like Bilic and his method of playing. No objecions frpom me.

Still, it'd leave Brands in charge of player purchase and sales, and that is proving to be THE issue.
 
Brands and Silva are both responsible for this crap. Silva for being the most stubborn manager ever and Brands for not signing a proper striker. We just don’t score goals.

Remember when Lukaku was getting slagged on here, would love that luxury again.
