Silva is the manager - it's his job to coach and set the team up with the tactics he implements,from the players he wanted to buy in his discussions with his DOF.

This looking for another scapegoat is embarrassing to say the very least fellas.

Proper lol at @davek thinking that brands has any say in the style of football or tactics, absolutely clueless.

Apparently Silva in his chat has labelled the next game as a must win, hell there have been past games that were also a must win and look were we are now.

That is correct the selection, tactics, and subbing are down to him. Looking back at the games his excuses are largely the same for each game never does he hold his hand for getting anything wrong.

Is he looking to be sacked, get millions in a payoff to build up his retirement fund?

It is a mess Dave but the team selection, tactics and subbing through the game are 100% down to Silva.

Moshiri certainly isn’t but it won’t be him doing the searching, if it means the international break is used to search for the right candidate then so be it, I just don’t want it ending up with Unsy in charge for six games and ending up with Pulis :(

Sigurdsson does neither, over and over again, every game. So an entire route of attack - up the centre, dragging players out of position, making space to get in behind or cause defensive errors - is completely gone.

It all stems from him. It's why we're toothless.

That said, it's all down to Silva why he continues to play. He's so bad he shouldn't even be on the bench at this point, but not only has he not been dropped; he's basically on 90 minutes of every game, when this season particularly he is, on form, hands down the single worst player I've seen as an Evertonian. No exaggeration, he's been that bad.

It's not just Gilfi who is badly positioned there is not 1 player in blue in a good position to receive a pass, the best is Digne who'll have that defender on him instantly. DCL walking forward with his back to play, Schneiderlin and Coleman having a chat. Lazy players displaying no intensity.
