Given our abysmal away record in particular, we cannot afford to lose any more points at home against sides outside the top six.

A draw would feel almost as bad as another defeat to me.

Not sure even beating West Ham will make much difference to his job. Especially if we go and lose to Brighton away, if we put in our usual dire performance away from home.
