beat Watford and lose to Spurs now what
wait till the next cup game? It's just going to be a vicious circle, He'd have to go on a decent run to claw back any belief from the fans.
He's not the answer and you need to start sounding out replacements ASAP.
You could say the second and third goals summed up our luck this season. But....... 5 defeats in 6 league games doesnt come down to bad luck. Its simply absymal. We're not even picking up away draws any more. Can't continue like this.

Games played - 10
Win - 3
Draw - 1
Lose - 6
GF - 10
GA - 16
GD = -6
Points - 10
Position in the league - 16th, could be 17th if Newcastle beat Wolves tomorrow.
Top 6 teams played - 1 and lost it.

There is no point in allowing this charade to go on any further. Got to get rid of him immediately and move on while there is still a chance of repairing the damage and perhaps even getting something out of this sorry season.

I'm well aware of the subs - he needs to sort that out.

But let's not overlook he has these cowards bought for him by that ball bag Brands. There's plenty of blame to go round here.

In ascending order:

DoF
Manager
Players
You forgot the board mate...keep up lol lol

All our away games have been on a knife edge and we have inevitably come off second best.

We are just a great side to play against. Let us have the ball, sit back and defend then pick your moments to break in numbers and catch us out. Usually home fans would hate this tactic but they embrace it against us and for whatever reason it always turns into a cup tie atmosphere. No better home fixture than Everton right now.

today is the perfect example to illustrate the tactical failure that besiege his tenure.
First half we played with the desire to break forward quickly. We weren’t lethal but we’re effective to cause them trouble.

Second half we revert to our “wait for fullback” approach and it totally backfire because once again we couldn’t break down defense while playing a slower game. We tried to make it work by pushing everyone up to provide more options when the passage of play mostly ends up without purpose and going nowhere. At this point we either pump a hopeful cross or pass ourselves into trouble.

Both scenario will easily lead to dangerous counter attacking moves by other teams simply because we commit too many too high.
The question is, why did Silva switch the tactics in the second half? Or the players simply switch off?

As said after the display last week, he needed to change the team for playing away if he was learning anything.

He didn't.

Has to go. Won't get better.

And could be sat above a team that got drilled a record score at home.
