That’s just wrong. I agree we are playing poorly but friggin hell. Some of the performances at the end of Koemans tenure were beyond comprehension.

There's no point sacking Silva unless the right manager is available.There's no point just getting someone else for the sake of it.

From now on every manager and player we get in has to not just to be better than what we got, it has to be of a certain identifiable profile. A statement of intent is needed.

The profile needs to evolve over time but for the forseeable we needs players with heart, backbone, arrogance and a big pair of sweaty, hairy balls. Not many, just enough for the others players to fall in follow their lead.
And a MANager to lead em all.

Come on Marcel, scour the four corners, drag em kicking and screamimg if you have to, offer them buxom english wenches and a barrel of rum if you have to
