Keep the faith. Silva knows what he's doing but needs 3 years minimum to get his ideas over. Klopp took 4 years to do anything for the RS and that was after 100s of millions thrown at it.

If we are going to fire anyone get rid of the backroom staff and bring some quality in to support Silva.

From now on every manager and player we get in has to not just to be better than what we got, it has to be of a certain identifiable profile. A statement of intent is needed.

The profile needs to evolve over time but for the forseeable we needs players with heart, backbone, arrogance and a big pair of sweaty, hairy balls. Not many, just enough for the others players to fall in follow their lead.
And a MANager to lead em all.

Come on Marcel, scour the four corners, drag em kicking and screamimg if required, offer them buxom english wenches and a barrel of rum if you have to

We need a decent experienced manager who can strategy the ship. Silva relegated Hull and got sacked by Watford. The much derided Mark Hughes and Alan Curbishley have fat better records
 
I’ve been off here for a week or so as I was seeing if silva could put a run together, I wasn’t convinced he could and was proved right again today. I really think he’s had enough chances to get things right, he’s change the team this week and last with a little success but this needed to be done a month ago. Also what a surprise as soon as DCL and sigs are back on the pitch we concede late, at the end of the game we were back to our old way the week before West Ham and we lost.
 
Koeman sold Lukaku Robles and froze out Barkley and sold Stones. Replaced them with over the hill Rooney, Williams, Martina, Pickford, Keane, siggardson, Klaasen, Bolasie and Sandro to name a few. It’s gonna take sometime to untangle this mess.Weve still got 3 of them who are Marquee players stinking the gaff out every week.

That’s a funny post, the silva knows what he’s doing bit, he hasn’t a clue. At least this post put a smile on my face.

Feels like we've already had too many games where the players had to fight for him.... They fight for 1 game (like last week), then it's back to norm the very next game... The players seem to like him, maybe that's half the problem...

One thing our team hasn't shown consistently under him, is any desire to be successful...

I Understand its not easy for Moshiri & Brands to immediately choose a new manager and appoint him, it may be something that happens to wait till the summer....but caretaker manager options need to be considered now before this spirals out of all control (and looking at our upcoming fixtures, this could get very serious before Christmas)

apart from Pickford all were to injury prone or to slow, sigs pace is causing us a lot of problems.
