My thoughts are this is an extremely mentally weak Everton side, that can't beat anyone away.Blowing a 2-1 lead against the might Brighton and Hove Albion, in the last 10 minutes.16th in the table, im sure you can see the problem here. But hey at least you ain't, Silva biggest fan.So at least you are capable of, getting something right. You might actually have something, between your two ears after all.Make no mistake about it.Silva is in trouble, serious trouble.
Before you get carried away and throwing about the personal insults on a bad day for Evertonians(Of which you're obviously not one), perhaps you would like to show us any positive post about Everton you have ever placed on here? I'm sure you spent more time today in your spandex hotpants twirling your half and half Sheffield scarf celebrating the spectacular draws of your beloved steel city clubs today than being half arsed about Everton

Oh and by the way why don't you return to the Scottish football section and answer the question set by your former and only pal on here regarding comments about one of your other many beloved teams Rangers?
Supporting both Sheffield clubs that's proper disturbing.

The only difference is under koeman the majority of players had downed tools and given up.
That is not the case now. They are just underperforming completely
Show me where I said that . Thanks.

You said Koeman had to go because they'd given up. But Silva was still here because they hadn't given up on him.

I don't think they'll ever truly give up on Silva to the extent that we get battered by Arsenal 5 at home. But we've had so many more poor results under Silva than we did under koeman. I think Koeman has been treated unfairly in comparison to Silva.

I did not say that the players have to give up for Silva to go.
What I said was that they had given up under Koeman. Everyone could see it. That along with the terrible results meant he had to be sacked.
Silva has not reached that level yet with apathy from the fans .
His results have.

never mind hating everton atm am starting to hate the fans with the Simeone shouts, it’s cringe worthy! thinking we’re somthing and we’re not

Ok, maybe. But the manager is by no means the one who should be left carrying the can for this summer's disaster.

The players ARE bad, but they were bought by a fraud.
Its the way the game works though sadly isnt it. Always the manager who gets the chop.

If you look at the first 11 today its not a bad side by any means. Full of internationals and players who have genuine quality. Theres youth in there, maybe a little naivity and perhaps that accounts for why we make so many individual errors but we arent a bad side on paper. I personally think the signings we made this summer will work out fine, kean is a slow burner and gbamins legs have fallen off which is unfortunate.

Its the mentality of the players which concerns me most, digne was an absolute champ last season, led by example but this season hes been evertonised. Walcott was the same when he first came in. The manager has to instil that belief and stubborness to win in the players. Its evaporating at the moment. Even last week, spammers had a good chance from a set piece (shock horror) to make it 1-1 and pickford made a really good save. Would have put money on us losing that game had that gone in. Something needs to change.

He's 100 percent right about VAR today, judge him as you will but to decide anything conclusive on that utter disgrace today is an absolute nonsense. We've all seen the 'type' of poster who agree with the decision and we all know whst they are
Its one goal though mate. I dont understand this argument. We conceded 3? He reverted to type with his changes at 1-1. I get that the players are badly letting him down (yet another manager) but VAR does not justify the outcome of the game. Its just yet anothed excuse not to take action.

And the corner for that chance, was the completely incorrect decision - again

We were in control after 1-1, if you have your opinion before this game fair enough in all honesty, but to use this game as an example is poor form. We've been treated disgracefully here, and I'm not being hyperbolic, that decision is appalling

I don't rate Silva, and his 'comeback' record is obviously atrocious with 0 wins... But I'm going to be honest and bring up the fact that when Everton are losing at half time we absolutely almost never ever win the game anyway. It's been there for years and years and years before Silva was even in the picture.

Only positive about such an awful record is when we go a goal down we can just leave and beat the traffic.

Theres a reason why we have ended up with such a pathetic manager, agree with your point, even though we had the money to spend the draw isnt there.
