Thats either a lie or it displays a total lack of knowledge...

Look at his Watford team when we approached him. Then look at his Hull team when he took over.

Hull loved him at the end of that season + Watford loved him when we approached him.

The bloke is 42 years old, if he had £100mil to add onto sales every summer (less than mourinho would need) we would be miles up the table. Thats not unreasonable seeing the amount of players we have on the books who shouldnt be near the squad.

Count on your hands how many players on the books should be in the 25 man squad who should be good enough for top 6.

Yes top 6 because we would be joint 7th if not for VAR dodgy decisions.

Mate ... he is renowned for not being able to last for any period of time, his teams are renowned for shipping goals from set plays , his record for gaining points after conceding first is beyond a joke , he has taken one team down , has left another after a short spell and he has come here and shown that he cannot win away from home. He is either unable to see or to stubborn to admit that his system is either not suited to the players we have or he can’t implement it correctly . He seems unable to connect with fans , motivate his players consistently and we currently have a team that can’t create chances, score goals or keep clean sheets, his teams regularly lose leads and cannot close games out. He has shown nothing in his career to suggest he is anything other than a bad manager ( by prem standards ) you telling me that if we had Jose that he wouldn’t be better than Silva? Absolute lol at that , I’m not saying he would come but you mentioned him as a comparison , one is a winner over multiple competitions , with multiple teams in 4 different counties and the other has done nothing . Silva has no plan b and his plan a is the same no matter what scenario the club is in or the players at his disposal.

I paraphrase for you... Silva is crap and has been since he came to England. You being blind in some hotel somewhat explains how you don’t seem to realise this at the moment

I would suggest that you "to paraphrase" have no argument and are just grumpy about the league position.

If we won at brighton you would be obsolete in this view.

If we won at Brighton, Villa and Bournemouth, gotten home wins against City and Sheffield united then yes your spot on, no one would be complaining about Silva.

I see no issues with your argument at all, except for the fact we didn't win them.

Mate he has had a 10 game spell in his time here that we looked good. That came at the back end of the season with nothing to play for. His win ratio is terrible , his away record is terrible , his points recovered from losing positions is terrible, his goals conceded from set plays is terrible. He’s been in England for 3 years? He has had one 10 game spell where he has collected a decent number of points. He went on a 3 month (17 game) spell last season when we couldn’t win a game. The league position does bother me but it’s the whole system, style of play and the performance levels that are bothering me the most. If we were getting beat but you could see improvement in areas or you could see his approach was right but he just needed a couple of players etc or we were creating but just wernt scoring , we could see light at the end of the tunnel. It’s the opposite tho , and he doesn’t have a good enough record to suggest anything will change.

Not that we are getting Jose but what you are describing is the exact situation we had under Sam, what if the next manager turns out to be a total dud, it didnt stop us sacking Sam so shouldn't stop us sacking Silva.
how much have we spent on compensating managers we sack over the last few years? could we have used the money to buy a great goalscorer instead?
