It would seem we stumble on until at least Christmas. I couldn´t see him turning it round last time but he somehow did, even more convinced this team him and the squad haven´t got it in him. Tbh we probably need some of that new manager bounce to ensure we don´t get relegated then the players can down tools again and see the season out until May.

I can't see any progress that we've made under Silva. I think he's brought in some good players but we're stagnant at best. I was hopeful when he was appointed and we did look better than under Koeman but all the positive football we played at the end of last season has evaporated.

We've been unlucky to lose arguably our two best players in Bernard and now Gomes for probably 3 or 4 months (At best) but irrespective of that I think its probably the end of the line now.

Despite where we sit in the table, I'm not fearing relegation.....2 years ago with koeman I was very fearful as we had an aging team... We have more than enough quality in our team to eventually pull away from trouble....

The question that needs asking about Silva is, can we challenge for a Top 6 finish with him...we're currently 5 points off that position (and have 5 points robbed off us by VAR lately).....but I just don't see us challenging under him....but with the right manager this season is still salvable
