2019/20 Marco Silva

That hand ball decision goes against the RS and Klopp comes out to the press stating it was a clear hand ball. Silva can do one the absolute divvy.

To be fair, the difference is Klopp knows the media will have a meltdown with him...

If Silva complains, the media will be indifferent to our plight...

...I don’t think we ‘look like’ relegation fodder, which makes me concerned that we have a relegation fodder points total.

The worry is, I don’t think there are 3 awful teams this season. Watford haven’t won a game yet and I don’t think they look terrible

Despite where we sit in the table, I'm not fearing relegation.....2 years ago with koeman I was very fearful as we had an aging team... We have more than enough quality in our team to eventually pull away from trouble....

The question that needs asking about Silva is, can we challenge for a Top 6 finish with him...we're currently 5 points off that position (and have 5 points robbed off us by VAR lately).....but I just don't see us challenging under him....but with the right manager this season is still salvable
I am mate. We have that smell about us. Loads of bad luck , but you make your own luck. Injuries, no plan A B or C. No fight, no heart and we never look like we are going to score. Fatal.

We’re averaging a points game after 11 games only playing 2 of the top 6. He should go, but he won’t as our board has zero ambition.
We should just about be ok this season at that rate. 38 points will be enough I reckon.
Really looking forward to grinding out those 38 points.
He should be gone if we don't win next week. But, if he isn't I think he might get a few games more.

With better tactics, and better attitude we will be fine.... A new manager will hopefully bring those qualities... International break coming up after the Southampton game, if we lose that game Moshiri will change it...

We’ve become all to familiar with a manager approaching the end of his Everton career, the usual warning signs are clear for all to see. He’ll be gone shortly.

More concerned and interested by what the board and Brands are doing behind the scenes. Do they go for the caretaker (suspect not after the SA experience) or throw another load of investment at a new guy (FFP willing).

Given all FM’s unsuccessful appointments, an experienced tried and tested winner would and should be next on his so far failed short list...

What a massive two games up next. Lose them then we are screwed. How do we beat Southampton though? I can’t see how we do it. We have been beaten off 5 rubbish teams already. We’ve only played one team who you can say ‘yeah they are better than us’. Every other team has been garbage and yet they have beaten us or we have struggled to a draw or a win (apart from West Ham) No Bernard and Gomes now. Any combination of Delph/Morgan/Davies is gonna get walked over. Do we go ultra defensive and try to counter? Maybe that’s all we can do now. Pure negative Alladyce style.

Injury aside, VAR aside, we were terrible again there.

Didn't look like scoring until they had 10 men. No creativity again. Making our own mistakes again.

Delph is absolutely crap. He offers nothing but fouls and lost possession.

We can't go on waiting for Silva to find a brain to sort this mess out as we will be in a situation where it will be impossible to turn it around before we know it.

Get him gone.

Also what has us not beating Spurs since 2011 got to do with respecting the decisions? Why even bring that up the absolute weapon.

Exactly, more importantly what has he done to try and put an end to that record given that last time out at home to these they humiliated us and today we were shambolic and hopeless, as we have been for 98% of the season.

I hope today is our nadir. I don't think I have felt as bad as this and that shouldn't be the case drawing to Tottenham.

But without a midfield it's going to get worse still as we head towards our favourite period of the year, down to the bare bones. You can pretty much write off the league cup and God knows what position we'll be in come January.

I would like to just add VAR can suck my balls.
