There's about 20 tickets available still around the ground but it wasn't for that.

Norwich have returned all the upper bullens so they are now on sale for home fans mate.

I think it was Norwich tickets that werent filled. Im not positive but I think the Everton Fan Services tweeted something about it yesterday

These are seats returned by Norwich. They are in the top tier of the away end. This has no relevance to Marco Silva, or Everton.

I am not 100% positive but it gave me the option to purchase yesterday.

It states," Norwich have confirmed that they will not require the Upper Tier for our fixture on 23 Nov. To purchase these tickets which are now on general sale for home supporters click the link."

Happens regularly where about 1500 are returned. Maybe half a dozen times a season. And we always sell them out too.
