They got Redknapp in who won em a cup and got them in the champions league. They also had a world class player breakout in Bale and spent a bit when they got into the top 4.

Pretty simple steps. We always could've took them by capitalising on opportunities which we never did.

Similar to this season really. 3rd and 4th is wide open this year yet we're lagging behind
What cup did Redknapp win them mate ?

Jose is the best manager in world football.

Not a shadow of a doubt, put his trophies next to anyone, he laughs at them.

Mourinho is widely regarded by several players and coaches to be one of the best managers of his generation and one of the greatest ever managers.[181][182][183][2] In 2010, Pep Guardiola described Mourinho as "probably the best coach in the world".[184] Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard has stated that Mourinho is the best manager he has ever worked for.

Manager
Porto[237]

Chelsea

Inter Milan[237]

Real Madrid[237]

Manchester United

LOL

Pep Guardiola is the best manager in the world. Then it’s Jürgen Klopp. Unfortunate I know, but there it is.

but as conceding crap goals doesn't mean they shouldn't be goals

you can argue with the brighton pen that was never a pen, but it was still awful defending by Keane

by your logic you can more a less make a case for every single goal conceded shouldn't be a goal, ie he never cleared it, he never closed it down, our striker give it away and they countered

we have just been poor all season minus a couple of games

Also we were only leading by an own goal in the first place . Can’t say our OG shouldn’t be counted but when they get one it can. I agree with you mate.. every single goal can be stopped if you watch it back, there will be something that could have been done differently to stop it. We let on goals because we aren’t coaches very well at the back.

Difference of opinions are what make forums though.
I see no point changing managers until summer myself. We will get the good and the bad rest of the season.

Changing managers now gives the new guy the rest of the season to implement his style and system and evaluate which players can play in that system. When we try get a new guy in the summer , everyone is on hols, then he has two weeks to assess players ( these are the two weeks Morgan actually runs and tries) then has to set targets and try get everyone fit and signed and then try to get off to a good start , which we never do

You have done what spurs done. Sack him and have the new man ready to go.
A lot of options are currently In work and may not leave a job mid season. Some might. But if limits your options

Really good stuff from O'Keefe this morning in the Athletic.

Talking about how we need to take a leap from Spurs' book if we move on from Silva, act quickly, hinting at Howe and Arteta being floated.
