Got to admit I had my doubts with our fans but some proper decent booing on show today.

Just watched the goals on google and all you can hear are the boos.

Our players aren't very good at breaking teams down. The squad we have is probably good enough for the top 12 but we are not a new manager away from challenging the top 6. Far from it.

Ok so how does a team playing championship football last season and with no away goals since the opening day break us down twice then?

How does Brighton break us down to win? May it have something to do with the manager and his 26 games and counting record of never coming from behind?

It's the manager. The manager sets the team over 90 minutes to do just that. When they struggle to break a team down every week then it's the manager at fault. Richarldson has no trouble breaking teams down for Brazil, iwobi for arsenal, Bernard in the champions league , hell, Kean for juventus.

When teams managed by managers who relegate their clubs because they struggle to break teams down are hired, it's not surprising to see us struggle the same.

Theres a difference between applauding crap and not getting the hysterics on too early.

You could see it in Koemans demeanour that he was bemused by it the first few games of his last season and how did it end up? In pure apathy.

If any evertonian thinks that we can boo our players as quickly and hysterically as we do , every single year and any good come of it then good luck to them. The proof is in the pudding.

These players don’t blame themselves exclusively , they don’t go home and say “we should play better” they go home and say wow them fans are nobheads. That is an absolute fact

There is no way in a million years that our fans aren’t a detriment , Stones and Barkley both hated the way our fans acted and I’m really not surprised.

Everton is like an old, out of tune, piano. We get expensive replacement parts for it, only to hire a tone deaf piano tuner, and then bring in a "young up and coming" pianist who struggles to play "chop sticks".
