Nice fella, Didn't ever feel connected to him though, very little personality...something an Everton manager absolutely needs is a strong personality, That and the ability to galvanise and inspire a dire cowardly squad.
 
He’s probably one of the most forgettable managers we’ve ever had.

Think he’ll end up going on to have a decent career and maybe we weren’t a good fit at a good time, but under his tenure we became one of the easiest clubs to play against.

I know it wasn’t solely down to him, but every week became predictable from the setup down to the substitutes and he inevitably had to go. By the end he looked a broken shell of a man standing on the touchline.

Marco was doing OK up until the Pickford derby.

The fragile mentality of the squad kicked in after that and it was all downhill for both him and EFC after that.
 

Nice fella, never an Everton manager in a million years, personality of a wet fart.

Best of luck next season - unless they recruit well defensively I can’t see them staying up though.

If it goes on trend, we’ll lose the Cottage game but beat them at Goodison (the reverse happened last time they were up)
