No, Moshiri was there on the day he got sacked.

He needed to be sacked, he had us playing nothing football, poor performances, poor results, never made any sense when rambling on after another defeat.

Apparently he was a really nice guy behind having to do all the media stuff. That side of him he came across as very poor and never really able to express his opinion properly.

I hope we absolutely pummel Fulham 5-0

On the touch line, he looked like a defeated man, who`d completely run out of ideas.

Similar to Martinez, but the difference being, Martinez had gone full on delusional and thought everything was okay.

I`m glad he`s doing well at Fulham, but I really don`t think there was any other option at the time, but to get rid.

If you can get a tune out of a side with Tim Ream and Bobby Reid in it you deserve a pat on the back.
I think he's matured as a manager. He hasn't abandoned trying to play attractive football, but I think he's a bit more savvy to the requirements of the PL.

Still, I wouldn't be surprised if they end up doing a full on Silva with resulting going against them and him failing to adapt.

I liked silva and was a bit sad when he was sacked and the way it ended. You could tell he was a good coach, the last of our managers till now who actually had a vision and a way of playing instead of winging it on individuals to win games. The Everton job probably came a bit too early in his career and think he’s probably learned from his mistakes.

True that, thinking back we came 8th the season before thanks to Sam Allardyce turning us around, mad to think Carlo was awful compared to both Silva and Sam
He was so awful to get 10th out of the squad that the same squad barely survived relegation the year after.

Horrible, how did he pick Valverde rocketing balls in the top corner instead of going on with our rebuild that will last 4 years. Imagine picking a CL contender and winning the CL and league with them and not Everton lmao

WHat a RaT, LeMmETeLlyA

He's been smart enough to not enter a season without a high level DM. Big key to what he does.

My question is with Fulham currently in 7th do we have to actually play well Saturday or is a effortless loss the same as at Newcastle and Spurs seen as expected?

No, my comment was he was a rubbish Everton manager, which he was, you then said he got us to the lofty heights of 10th, worse then Marco, worse then Sam.
Of course, everything is truly black and white, all A and B.

You've also ignored the fact the same squad was just about relegated the next season. Or that we were 1 win away from 7th. Or 2 wins away from ToP 6.

But it's okay, I've decided it's because Michael Keane exists. When he effs off away from us is when we will truly succeed as a team.

Seriously... tf... does he have memory issues or cataracts?

Edit: and I'm someone who hated Carlo quitting and I always root against him now. It's sports, I let myself get caught up in it, it's the fun of it to me, building some kind of rivalry or reason to loathe or like.

But the whole reason he got that reaction out of me is because I knew he was an asset to the club. Was I still underwhelmed with 10 yes, but the proof is further illustrated when you add in the knowledge of what you said, barely surviving relegation next season. The club continued to be a mess and dig itself in a deeper hole.
