I could go on all night. Koeman had his flaws and was responsible for disasters but nothing he did approach the sheer insanity of Roberto Martinez. A truly appalling manager.

Wilmots was terrible too. The truth is Belgium have immense talent but no where near enough money to get a manager who is smart enough to not mess it up.

Better manager than Koeman though?!

Koeman didn't have the tools in his locker to undo the damage Martinez did. If Koeman took over from Moyes I feel he'd have had a very different season probably even getting us to the champions league. Martinez left too much of a damage for him to achieve anything meaningful. I think Koeman just about pips it as a better manager (not for us though unfortunately) but both were dire.
