I'm thinking on the assumption we have less than 15 million in the transfer kitty (no particular reason as to why that amount just that this everton) and we've just spent 5+ million (probably 6 at least with fees and such) on two guys in positions where they're not obvious improvement and the established players have more epl experience. I'm hoping like Moyes, Martinez has an Oveido he is also looking to sign and that the board does have money. We will only be able to make a fair judgement on Martinez's summer signings on September 1st but so far with the board's track record I'm worried. Martinez doesn't seem like a fool but this board isn't renown for being transparent.
