I think the last few season will show most of our players aren’t good enough.
unless you think finishing between 8th & 12th is success

I know what success is as I have been lucky enough to see the blues win a lot .I was just saying that some are never happy and the grass always seems greener .

how can we be happy finishing mid table, and not winning anything for 26yrs.

Even getting close to challenging. And Holgate definitely isn’t good enough

Not sure he was our best player. He had a good 2nd half to the season.

And the fact he cost buttons, would be a good thing when selling. If FFP is still a thing this summer.

IMO we need a top class dominant CB, so one of him, Keane or Mina has to go.

I personally think he is garbage total liability who puts us under pressure all the time.

He’s definitely not good enough. Just think Mina is more likely to go this summer

We have to be ruthless. There’s absolutely no room for sentiment here. Could you see Holgate in any of the top 4’s back line? Not a chance. He’s prone to careless mistakes and is far too casual.
If we want a top class centre back, then Holgate is the one to be sacrificed.

And to be fair you'd get decent money and FFP brownie points for him.
