Not a fan of him at all but i thought he did well last night. I put it down to Arsenal not being a physical team though which helped him. Looked more comfortable.

Ball watching? He was covering the space at the front post like any other centre half would do. It’s Godfrey that was caught out not holgate. Give the lad a break!!! . Thought he did ok when he came on. Nothing was wrong with his performance.

Also Seamus didn’t have the pace to cut out the cross but Tierney got a bit of a luck bobble to give him the run for the cross.

Thought he did well when he came on last night personally. I did get confused though as I totally missed Mina going off and just assumed that Holgate was having a quiet game when I saw him. Kind of worrying as we have a few players who disappear like that so I just assumed!

Did you miss Mina going off because you’d walked out on 27 mins?

Nearly did that thing again where he holds on to the ball for no reason, loses it on the halfway line and the oppo score. This team we were lucky it was arsenal and they were terrible.

He is over-confident and plays with a chip on his shoulder. Liability.

I fear having him in the back four with the Mina injury.
