Would rather any midfielder from the academy played than Holgate in midfield. He has enough to concentrate on just defending in a basic manner.

You know what played a stormer in midfield at old Trafford when dunc was in charge maybe, my problem with him he thinks he can ping balls like beckam.

Certainly is Tel and I still think he is not a good player and is massively overrated by a lot of Blues.

As much as I don’t have faith in Keane, I have even less in Holgate. Like others, terrible in possession. Can’t defend, prone to a reckless tackle, and spots danger when it’s too late. One of several who can’t do basics. Branthwaite should play ahead of him now imo. His attempt to stop their 2nd goal was pathetic.
