It’s not the worst idea and It’s certainly a conundrum, it’s either him or Godfrey isn’t it? there is just Gomes and Doucoure fit and available (who I fully expect to start as the 2). Holgate could possibly have to move there if one of the above mentioned players is injured/unavailable as I’d leave Godfrey in defence because of his pace.

They should watch that 10 mins when he came on against Tottenham in midfield earlier this season. His distribution is awful from defence nevermind midfield
