Well RFM and Holgate fit for last two games and he's played Keane/Jags so not sure why Holgate getting injured would give RFM a chance.

He was in the squads so in theory there is a place on the bench available. Especially with Williams still suspended.

I don't think anyone expected the three at the back line up Allardyce seemingly plucked out of the bingo bag for the Arsenal game. I wouldn't put it past him to go into next weeks City game ultra defensive, and then when it goes tits up, blame the players for not taking enough notice of the Wigan v City videos.

Not sure how match fit he is. Tough games coming up against city and the RS.

Having said that, "turn on a sixpence" Keane would not be my first choice against the small nippy attacking players we'll be up against so I'd probably go with FM and Jags from the players available anyway.

Not sure Allardyce would agree with me though. Our preferred starting XIs don't often have much correlation other than the obvious 3/4 shoe ins.

Everton defender Mason Holgate has been given a formal warning by the Football Association after allegations he posted homophobic tweets in 2012.

The 21-year-old has been told to undertake a "mandatory FA inclusion programme" after posts - sent from his account when he was 15 - emerged after Everton's FA Cup defeat by Liverpool.

Holgate was playing for Barnsley when the tweets were posted.

The FA said it had "considered all of the available evidence".

That included Holgate's response, and one from the club.
