I'll just point out that I watched France fail miserably in 2002. Their team then was scary good, but it just didn't work out for them.

A silver lining for all those Englanders.
 
What's with all this naming the teams beards before the game starts that is going on in this tournie?

Terry,Cole, Gerrard, Carrolll, are these really the sort of role models i want my kids to look up to? Are they the Banks, Finney,Haynes, Shearer and Edwards of our day REALLY???? I dont agree that these clowns who have made a mockery of their own fans should warrant the support of a nation, and by you blindly defending them using the ' i'm english' retort makes you as bad as them.

I can't stand the fact these people are the supposed leaders, and greatest the country has to offer. I refuse to buy into the cockney-ism of England FC.

I have an opinion, you do too. I absolutely respect it. It's shame people can't respect a counter opinion on here.

I'm picking it be 1-1. Woy was always pretty good at getting draws. I can't remember the last time I saw a non Gerrard-Lampard lineup when both guys were healthy.

OT: I keep getting ads on this website for Spurs vs. RS in Baltimore on this website. Do we get paid for clicks? If so I'm going to bankrupt both clubs.
