I might being stupid here but can't your son download the ticket, screenshot it and send it him?
Nobody could download the ticket.
But it did all work a few hours later so I assume maybe the system needed time to "catch up", I dunno, but its all sorted now thanks.

Just managed to get 4 today for the game. Traveled up on the off chance I may get tickets for me and my eldest but secured some for all family members (benefit of paying for memberships for years I suppose). Glad to be going back for the first time in 15 years. Hope everyone who is looking for tickets gets some.

Hello folks! My name is Adam and I am from Santa Barbara, California. I am taking my first trip ever to the UK in October. I have been a die hard Evertonian since 2013 and I am looking to go to the Fulham match at Goodison and the Ipswich match away in Ipswich.
