Match Ticket Thread - Spares/Requests - FACE VALUE OR LESS ONLY!

Purely out of interest, to the Leicester fans on here..
I'd love to know what you are selling them to eachother for ?
Are lads taking advantage of it ?

Any Leicester fan with a ticket who can't make it are selling at face value as far as I know, certainly on Foxes talk anyway. We've had a fair few touts offering them for silly m

I'd checked but I can't find seats together that aren't "obstructed view". Are there any sections where this isn't much of an issue? At Celtic Park the obstructed view seats are a bit of nightmare.
No restricted view as far as I'm aware from away end mate, stadium is the same all the way round so should be fine! I'll have them off you if you want to sell!! Desperate!!

He'll post a picture of his stubs from the games he attended to prove the doubters wrong.......?

I don’t keep all my ticket stubs these days, so can’t post them all, which I know will make me sound even more suspicious!

I do keep then for the ‘big’ matches, or have some from when I was younger & far more into memorabilia, so if I can work out how to upload a photo I’ll try & do that tonight.

In advance of posting that, I can tell you that my first ever football match was Charlton v Everton in 1988 & it was a 50/50 chance but I chose Everton over Charlton!

My first trip to Goodison was for Kevin Ratcliffe’s testimonial against Athletic Bilbao approx. 88/89.

The biggest early match I went to was Zenith Data Systems Cup Final at Wembley against Palace.

Was gutted that I couldn’t get a ticket for the ’95 Cup Final against United, but did manage to get to ’09 against Chelsea (unfortunately!).

Being a kid in the 90’s, my favourite players were Graham Stuart, Duncan Ferguson, Matt Jackson, David Unsworth & Daniel Amokachi.

I grew up just outside London so have never been able to get up to Goodison as much as I’d like, even less so now with work/family/cost, etc. Over the years I’ve been to plenty of the more ‘local’ away games such as Chelsea, Charlton, Wimbledon, So’ton, Reading, and now I’m based in Bristol the Midlands are easier than London.

Like I said, I don’t expect anyone to believe that the above is anything other than lies & google searches, but when I get home tonight I will do my best to photograph & upload tickets/programmes & anything else to back this up.

Cheers

I think we have people who bought season tickets just to watch a few games, not Leicester fans, and these are the seats being sold now at extortionate prices. Any real Leicester fan obviously wants to be there, God willing, but of course you guys want to be there for your team, and hopefully to see history being made. I know spare tickets will go to your fans first, as they should, but if there are any left over you'd make a Leicester 12 year old very happy :-)

are you sure a 12 year old would be happy standing amongst a few thousands Evertonians? I very much doubt it myself.

What do you mean by this...

There is a lot of Leicester fans posting on here, pretending to be Evertonians/not disclosing they are Leicester fans. Some, prompted by Leicester forums to do just that.

To protect the integrity of the thread, I'm attempting to identify genuine Evertonians.

The others I named are definite Leicester fans. I can see they're in Leicester/have Leicester email addresses/their Twitter feeds...

Your account, I was unsure. But your IP (Your posting at the moment is Buckinghamshire), and a quick Google search showed someone of your name at an address in LE8...

As I say, I'm not certain - but hope you appreciate the reason for the suspicion and not offended. Consider also that you only registered on Sunday. We've been online for nearly 10 years.

Above all - Evertonians would be wise to consider any consequences to their ticket/customer number being reported/alerted as being abused.
