We've had too many of the mentality of 40 points is a good season type.
Club needs to change it's goals and way of thinking, need a system long term to be put into place on how we play and recruit for that.
Sarri would most certainly change all that, he's also a 'big' name but not too big if that makes sense. New stadium deserves to have a figure in there who signals the club's ambition and intentions moving forwards.
But at the heart of it - I'd just love to see an Everton side play even remotely like that Napoli side did
