It's not all the way a bad thing. I appreciate that he doesn't just ignore what the other team does well when he prepares his team. But there is also room to have a way your team plays that you default on and adjust from which is what I think we're lacking.
Anyway this is the Aarons thread and I just hope if we're spending 30m or more on him he makes sense with what we want to do whatever that may be.
