....I think you have to look at areas of the pitch. DCL & Richarlison are fine, indeed DCL is rapid. Godfrey is more Ferrari than Rolls Royce & is addressing the lack of defensive pace although I’d like 3 of the back four to be pacy.

We now have ‘legs’ in midfield (Doucoure, Gbamin) but no real pace & a lack of mobility with some individuals.
A fast right winger too Eggs, who can possibly play across the front three. Though as cruel as it stands agree with Doucoure, but can we rely on Gbamin ? Never really been fit or tested in this league and after basically two years out, more than hope than expectation. Rumours about us wanting a centre half as well, they don't seem to be going away, Demiril from Juventus, only young 23, and a good height 6'3", but that's all I know, if its true like him to be quick, but Godfey has to be the centre back alongside whoever is picked.

...agree, we not only need genuine pace in wide areas but quality and goal threat as well. It’ll make a huge difference.

Be a great signing this if we get it done. Perfect for a 4-3-3 having fullback like Digne and Aarons, two combative midfielders, and one with class in the most advanced of the 3, and in one of the wide spots such as James. Really give teams something to think about.

When I've seen him he's always been alright. I haven't seen enough to have a proper judgement on him though.

All I know is we urgently need a capable right wing back, as Coleman is on his last legs, Kenny isn't good enough and oh my god Iwobi.

No idea if this lad is the answer, because I’m not gonna spend precious hours out of my day watching Norwich, but it’s 100% the area we need to prioritise. Our attacks down the right are none existent unless Coleman rolls the clock back once every 10 games.

When Holgate plays on the right the other team will literally give him the freedom of the right wing and double up on another player knowing that he won’t be putting them under any threat.

I'd be surprised if we don't sign him, 30 million is slightly mad money, from what I've seen of Celek at Lille i think i would go for him for half the price. But it ain't my money.
