Do you think that's why Mayweather was booed ? The issues over his style Doesn't really explain the booing of him at the weigh in though . Mayweather is incredibly unpopular because of his character and probably his tendency to leather his female partners .

This bit isn't really to you just my general take on it. Mayweather won the fight , easily in opinion and it seemed the judges shared that view . Floyd is an exceptional boxer and I'm amazed the lack of credit he gets from the 'casual' boxing fan . Some of his movement is just fantastic , I appreciate people want to see a tear up but he's in there to win and he's a 5 weight world champion who has just racked up his 48th victory . Don't get me wrong I love a hagler/hearns as much as the next fella but the sport is about technique and skill as well and Mayweather has that in buckets.

I've re watched it, it was a lot closer than those scores from the judges IMO, still a MW win but not by those margins.

Oh without doubt MW gets booed because he's a Kunt, but they were booing him last night in the ring because he was spoiling the fight.

I watched it on a boozer so couldn't really hear the sound or make a judgement . However I do think a fair proportion of the of people who go to watch Mayweather do so to watch him lose so his popularity is an issue before a punch has been thrown . Also when you look at that crowd and previous Mayweather crowds but specifically last night I'm not sure how big boxing fans they are , so many go for the spectacle or to be seen.

For me if somebody tells me they're a boxing fan and they boo his style they really aren't a fan and should maybe stick to rocky films . Mayweather is just exceptional and gets nowhere near the credit that's deserved , did I read earlier in this thread that "hadn't fought anybody " ? Madness.

I've re watched it, it was a lot closer than those scores from the judges IMO, still a MW win but not by those margins.

i just rewatched it myself before post. The fight wasn't close in any way shape or form. Mayweather is a different level and it wasn't even his best ever performance , far from it.
Id love to know what rounds you gave to manny.

His hands are goosed and have been for years . So why would he need to go for a knock out when he doesn't need to?
