I was writing in general mate . Too many casual boxing fans expect knock outs all the time but it's not all about that .
Its the same type of fans complaining about Chelsea being too boring to win the league. Their entitlement for personal entertainment exactly as wish it is amazing.
Its the Xfactor culture. They think it's all about them.

i understand people pay money and want to be entertained but if people want to see a brawl then there best bet is concert square at 2am Saturday or Sunday morning .
I love watching a good fight that's why I love watching matthysse , Provo and froch but then I enjoy watching Mayweather and Crawford just as much .

I actually think that if the Khan fight was made it'd be a decent fight . I'm not convinced it'll happen though as Khan is all wrong for floyd .

Surprised some people expected anything different. All Mayweather's fights are the same, and until someone comes up with a style to combat his, then they always will be. He's on a different level to anyone else and while he's picking up the big money and winning without being in trouble why would he change. It's up to other people to work harder to defeat him.
They say it was the biggest fight in boxing history etc. but it could have just put the final nail in the coffin of boxing as well. The world has changed and it would seem that the casuals want to see a slug fest.

Different fighters , different contests that's part of the entertainment . Everybody loves a war but if that's all you saw you'd soon be bored , Mayweather is just watching somebody very very special do what he's so gifted at.

Definitely not mate and I only mention it as he is being touted as one of The greatest ever, but it's hard to have a sensible discussion on here.

I don't think the Khan fight will happen but it would be a decent fight but I'd expect Mayweather to stop Khan . I'd hate to see Khan win because he is unbearable as it is.

10 years after Mayweather retires I think he will start to get the respect his career deserves. Greatest ever ? Nah but he's up there in the top 20 maybe top 10 .
Most sportsman don't get the respect they deserve until they retire . Messi is the same.

Don't get me wrong anyone who backs against floyd is mad as is anybody who didn't take even money on him for the points win . Given the recent knock out record of both fighters , you can't count Ortiz. However if you are looking for a style that wouldn't suit Mayweather it's Khan with quick hands , coming forward relentlessly and all action . You also can't underestimate that age is sooner or later going to impact on one of the greatest world champions I've seen .

khan is a massive threat to him no doubt about it. Khan is more disciplined under hunter as well and the age gap is a big factor .
Khan should be made to avenge the Garcia defeat or the Peterson fight first though . He hasn't earned a shot at Mayweather imo despite the fact it would be a very intriguing fight.
