They don't rate Niang clearly and they watched him a lot longer than they did Deulofeu before saying Deulofeu was good.

As have Milan (and Watford) been whilst he's been there. They couldn't even get in Europe.

I'm just not going to write a 22-year old off straight away. Nor would he have been a choice of mine. But as said, Koeman and Walsh know more than me.
 
Bit of a weird one this. Similar strengths as Mane but without the mentality, Koeman must think he can get a tune out of him. Risky, but then if he put it all together he'd probably be £50m and out of our league, so worth the risk I'd say.

That may be but they aren't wrong. You could probably find defenders in Series A with a better record than him. He hasn't kicked on at all since he turned us down five years ago.

He's shown absolutely nothing to make me want to sign him. I understand Koeman's and Walsh are apparently interested but if this falls apart I'm not gonna be upset.
