M’Baye Niang has signed a contract extension with Milan until June 2019 after his loan spell at Genoa.
“I’m with the Rossoneri for another two years,” wrote the 20-year-old on his Twitter account.
“I am very happy. Thanks to Milan for having faith in me, I’m always proud.”
The striker joined Milan from Caen in August 2012, but didn’t score a single Serie A goal for the club.
It was during a six-month loan at Genoa that he really burst into life, finding the net five times in just 14 games for the Rossoblu.
His contract had been due to expire in June 2017, but tonight Niang added another two years to that agreement.

So the Sky Sports article is wrong...

Know nothing about this guy, but a glance at the Watford forums finds similar themes; bags of talent but shockingly bad attitude and application.

Number of the Watford fans seem to think that he could do well at a top 6 team, others insisted teams should steer well clear.

Strange one this, I can see the rationale for all RK's signings so far, but this one seems out of character and a bit of a wild card. Can't see RK putting up with bad attitude and low work rate for long (unless he slots 1 in 2, in which case we can all live with that).

If we sign him we have to give him a chance. We certainly should not judge him on a short loan at Watford. Although I did judge Niasse on a similar time here. So I guess pay your money make your choice. What was his record before he was at Watford like?

He's not Lukaku's replacement is he?

Strange one this.
Seems we'd be swapping one highly talented but massively inconsistent winger for another highly talented but massively inconsistent winger...
