It’s genuinely an achievement for them though. Let’s make no bones about this, this team is absolutely crap, but they’ve proved to us, to their manager, and to themselves that they’re good enough to stay in this league. I hope we replace most of them, but I don’t begrudge them being happy that they’ve done it.

I think what they have shown, if nothing else, is most of them do care. Even yesterday, the goals, particularly the 2nd goal is a product of caring too much. It's headless chicken defending, rather than calm, measures defending.

Everyone knew the importance of staying up, at one point against all the odds when we looked more likely to go down. They had Leicester x 2, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool & United to play and have come up with 14 points from 8 games.

I love seeing the videos of the players celebrating but please remember they’re celebrating narrowly avoiding a relegation. They should be apologising to us not celebrating.
