I'd be surprised if Lyon can offer anywhere near what he's on for wages. A year and a half ago the Lyon president was saying that they were going to make Lacazette their highest earner on €4m per season (€77k pw).

I think he's on roughly £100k pw at United which I'm sure we'd pay. Would he take a £25k pw wage drop to go to Lyon? Can't see it personally.

If he chooses Lyon over us then that shows his ambition. Tinpot league.

Honestl NEA if we don't get him. Showed nothing in the past couple of years and seems to have terrible big headed attitude, something we don't need here.

If we do get him i take it all back and he is boss!

Ressentiment
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Ressentiment (French pronunciation: [rəsɑ̃timɑ̃]), in philosophy and psychology, is one of the forms of resentment or hostility. It is the French word for "resentment" (from Latin intensive prefix 're', and 'sentir' "to feel"). Ressentiment is a sense of hostility directed at that which one identifies as the cause of one's frustration, that is, an assignment of blame for one's frustration. The sense of weakness or inferiority and perhaps jealousy in the face of the "cause" generates a rejecting/justifying value system, or morality, which attacks or denies the perceived source of one's frustration. This value system is then used as a means of justifying one's own weaknesses by identifying the source of envy as objectively inferior, serving as a defense mechanism that prevents the resentful individual from addressing and overcoming their insecurities and flaws.
