Rom performed and proved himself on loan in the premier league, he proved he had what it takes at WBA before we signed him

We seem the perfect fit for Memphis. Koeman IMO is the perfect father type figure for him (someone mentioned they don't think he'd be that type), someone who has done it all and he looks up to while also being able to give him the discipline to progress and focus.

From what I've seen I think he's also good friends with Lukaku? If there's anyone who has had huge pressure since a young age but kept their head screwed on and developed to become one of the best around, he's definitely one of them and would be a good influence for Memphis.

Really hope that this happens, I think we need a player like him, and he needs a club like us.
