Player Valuation: £70m
It's seems that the deal got a buy back clause, no way we would have agreed to this.

Have heard they having dinner tonight to work things through, kenwright is minding the kids..Dodged bullet.
WTF we had an interest in that weapon for I dont know.
Is it a matter of chalking this up as an equaliser for Walsh after Koeman went one up by blocking the Belfodil move?
I think you mean right.
ON.
This is from a Dutch talk show aired this morning, De Tafel van Kees, where Ronald Koeman was invited:

"I would love to have him at Everton. I think he is an interesting player with individual qualities that is dangerous and scores goals - all he needs is to play more games."
Later when asked if he would sign him in the January window - "Yes."
Straight from the horse's mouth.
Thoughts? Imho I think he'd be a very good signing for us if Koeman managed to get the best out of him and get his confidence back because he is undoubtedly a very, very good player when on form. It'd be foolish too not to include an option to buy in the loan.
If they insisted on both a sell on fee and, more importantly, a buy back clause as well then it explains why rumours said we pulled out suddenly. And right it is too, imagine him turning out great and them clicking their fingers and getting him back for next to the same fee, the fume on here
My apologies.Did I forget to use the sarcasm font ?
