Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Good morning all on this dark and wet day here in Hyvinkää . I hope all are well and had a good night ,it would be nice to hear from @Terrarian and get the latest on Daisy's diet ? Have a great day all .
Morning Blue and everyone. I'm ok thanks. Daisy is doing good, she's her cheeky self.

I just don't feel comfortable at the minute chatting, my heads doing its paranoid thing at the minute and my body is hurting, it was May last year I got referred to the rheumatologist and I need to chase it up as I'm a bit worried about the way my body appears to be failing me.

I've been watching a lot of Dr Pimple Popper, I find it fascinating watching stuff be squeezed out of the human body. I myself have developed some kind of cyst/lipoma right in the middle of my forehead, wish I could cut it out myself.

So that's me at the minute, not completely on my arse but not great either. Thank you for asking.

Have a good day everyone.

Sorry you aren’t great at the moment, really hope that you are feeling much better soon. Chase up your appointment, since May last year is a long time to be waiting. I had a small cyst removed from the top of my head several years ago, I was told it may return which unfortunately it has. They no longer remove them on the NHS as it is considered to be cosmetic surgery. I wish I could perform DIY on mine. Best wishes to you and Daisy.?

I am thinking of going private to get it removed, it has tripled in size in a few years and it would have to be right in the middle of my forehead, i have self esteem issues already, I am just glad I'm a hat wearer so nobody ever sees it these days. It's not massive by any stretch but it is growing.

If it has come back G, I reckon they didn't remove the cyst sack, just the puss. It is that which puts me off DIYing it.

I think it's about £200 private but I think Leeds may be the closest place from the little bit of checking I've done.

My daughter loves that show. I honestly could vomit when I watch it!🤣

I'll remember that. Aaaahhh the terrors of gym teachers! We had one who would fling the shower doors open when you were inside to make sure you were actually getting a shower and not just wetting your hair. I'm sure there would be many many child protection issues over that if it happened now. Then there was doing cross country running around Sefton Park - getting detention for taking a short cut across the middle. Also detention for eating lunch in the long jump sandpit instead of actually long jumping. Being put in the school netball team as goal shooter because 'you're tall'. The fact I couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo was totally irrelevant. PE school report 'Rather dizzy. All arms and legs' Cheeky mare!! And finally our young male physics teacher in suit and tie giving a demo on how to throw a discus, making an absolute dogs dinner of his attempt and launching it through the window of one of the flats next door to us on Ullet Road.

As you can tell I've always been an athlete ? ? ?
God that triggered some vivid memories alright. Child protection was non existent when I was a kid. Our PE teacher was a hard nut who allowed boys to fight if they got into each other during a match, he would only intervene if someone was getting a real doing. The whole place was very much ‘stand up for yourself or it’ll get worse for you’ and that was even from the teachers who obviously found it all normal.

Funny thing is, the other schools in the City saw us as the posh school which makes you wonder what their Alma Maters were like!

Still, kids these days are soft (I just had to say it 😗).
