Good afternoon folks. Hope you are all having a fab Friday. I was working away this morning, heard a little miaow and then a dead mouse was dropped on my foot! Totally no need for that. She looked dead proud of herself
It's raining here. Thunderstorms are forecast. We haven't had any yet. I'm getting fed up of being promised dramatic weather and getting drizzle.
No weekend plans other than 7 hours overtime. I need to do as much as possible in the next 4/5 weeks because it will all be on August pay- holiday spends sorted. Its the only reason I do it. It pays for the nice things we do.
I'm trying to squash it but the feelings of optimism are creeping in. It happens every year around now
Yeah we'll do alright this year, might even win the Cup. DCL will be fit. You know the kind of thing. I need to have a stern word with myself! 🤣
