Just had my cousins lad staying with us he is on his honeymoon, they are going to Banff, Vancouver then off on a cruise to Alaska, lovely couple his wife is a doctor still couldn't fix me , haven't seen him for 13 years it was good to catch up on how the families are doing back in Liverpool

Well the rain eventually relented and remarkably I was able to watch some village cricket. Mind you I was bloody freezing. Usually I enjoy a couple of pints whilst I watch - today I had a cup of tea!

My "other" team Plymouth got off to a great start in the Championship and fingers crossed they may stay up.

Mrs J has cooked one of my fave's for tonight ( Biryani ) and announced when I came in that she's gone and booked a Caribbean cruise for us - she must have been so fed up with me going on about Fred's Scandanavian adventure !

So all good in the Jazzy household..

Britannia unfortunately. Arvia is by far the better boat but the itinery on Arvia is identical to the one we did this year.

Good morning all on this sunny day here in Finland ,I hope all are well and had a good night . A good performance yesterday in the face of skilled opposition . We are so different with a target man .
Off to the local manor house today where there are stables as they having a "country fair " with all kinds of things going on .The manor house idea is a bit different here as there are no classes as in the UK ,yes there are rich people but you don't see it and very very few want to show it .The manor houses are from big farms and still in the main belong to the farmer .
